This is what happens when you shave

Shaving affects the lipid layer of your skin (epidermis), the outermost layer (Stratum Corneum), which is responsible for keeping moisture in the skin’s tissues. Once this top layer is affected, your skin can be damaged or dry out, peel, get burns, irritations, inflammations and your crown are of course also much more sensitive and exposed for anything and everything.

Shaving is the most global, popular, and customary way of removing hair. To keep your head with a clean look you will need to shave your crown app 3-5 times per week, so you never let your skin rest very long to heal properly.

In a poll conducted by the International Dermal Institute, 79% of respondents said they had at least one skin problem associated with shaving.

"I've been looking for a long time, tried a lot of things and finally I've found something that works well and smells great too."
Jonny W Smith, Manchester, UK
"Grateful to now be without the inconvenience of burning, soreness or dryness after shaving. Thank you very much!"
Sebastian Lindström, Stockholm, Sweden
"Good moisturizing and got a very nice smooth skin. The skin recovers quickly and that is important, as I exercise almost every day."
Cole Wellington, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
